As part of the Global Change Management team, the EMEA Change Management Lead executes the Global Change Management strategy within their assigned EMEA region, tailoring global tools, messaging, and methods to local needs and ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Translate pre defined global change strategy into region specific change plan
  • Customize and oversee regional change plan and schedule, recognizing some scope will need to be targeted for global teams
  • Provide feedback on global change approach based on what is occurring in the region
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment
  • Advise and support regional leadership through change plan
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Manage the regional Change Champion Network as a subsect of the global Change Network
Communication & Engagement
  • Localize communication materials, in line with the global communication strategy
  • Coordinate regional engagement activities, addressing ad hoc needs as necessary
Training & Readiness
  • Oversee regional training execution
  • Track and report readiness indicators
Deployment & Adoption Support
  • Monitor business adoption and risks
  • Ensure handoff to sustainment teams
Key Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Familiarity with change methodologies, training, readiness
