The Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivatedERP Analystto join our Swadlincote-based team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimising our ERP systems and business processes, ensuring Keystone Lintels continues to lead the way in manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and enhance business processes across departments, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain and manage ERP system data to ensure accuracy, security, and usability.
  • Deliver training and support to ERP users, promoting best practices and system adoption.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve them.
  • Integrate ERP with other business-critical systems and tools.
  • Identify and implement system improvements to drive efficiency and performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid understanding of business processes in amanufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing ERP projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,Power BI, andSQLis advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, collaborativeenvironment.
