ER Advisor - Employee Relations Leader (Travel)

Taylor Wimpey in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR professional to provide advice, guidance and support to Line Management on employment matters. You will monitor policy effectiveness, amend documents for legislative changes, and deliver relevant ER training to raise capability.

This role is based in the East Midlands with regular travel to Wakefield, Manchester, Warrington and Peterborough, and will involve coordinating with HRBPs to ensure consistent service across the business.
