Equity Transactions Director - Housing Finance & Regeneration

The National Housing Bank (NHB), a government-backed financial institution, is seeking a Director, Equity Transactions to join the NHB Senior Leadership Team in Leeds.

This role leads origination, diligence and contracting for a £3-4bn equity capacity, working with investors, developers, housing associations and central and local government to unlock housing and regeneration opportunities at scale.
