Equity Research Analyst, Pan-European

A leading global investment management firm is seeking to recruit an Equity Research Analyst to join the European Equity team. The purpose of the role is to identify high quality companies throughout Europe and make investment recommendations to the Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities include:

1. Fundamental analysis and generating investment ideas; presenting ideas to portfolio manager
2. Top-down macro analysis on investment related industry trends
3. Develop and maintain financial models
4. Participate in wider company investment debates

Key requirements:

1. 2-4 years' experience in equity investing, ideally on the buy-side
2. Studying towards CFA qualification
3. Keen interest in equity markets
4. Excellent Excel skills, programming experience would be preferable
