About the Role

As Equine & Farm Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4-5 Equine & Farm vets.
• Drive service quality and business development within the Equine & Farm department.
• Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff can thrive.
• Collaborate closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for broader practice leadership.
• Innovate, expand, and enhance services to reflect your professional vision.

• Competitive salary: £62,500 - £75,000, depending on experience.
