Epsom HC: Junior Hockey Coaches Wanted

Epsom Hockey Club is one of the largest and fastest-growing junior hockey clubs in the South East, providing hockey opportunities for over 350 young players aged 5-18.

Our junior section offers a complete player pathway, from introductory hockey and grassroots participation through to performance training, county representation and adult hockey. With dedicated facilities, a strong coaching team and ambitious plans for future growth, we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for every player.

As our junior section continues to expand, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate coaches to join our programme.

The Role

We are seeking coaches to work across our junior programme, including:

• U6-U8 introductory hockey
• U10-U12 development hockey
• U14-U18 performance and team coaching
• Pathway and Performance programmes
• School holiday camps and player development sessions

Coaches may work one or multiple sessions depending on their availability.

Who We're Looking For

• Have experience working with children and young people
• Are passionate about developing players and growing a love of the game
• Can create engaging, positive and inclusive learning environments
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Hold, or are working towards, recognised coaching qualifications
• Are committed to safeguarding and player welfare
