EPPM Technical Specialist

Some travel to client sites may be required, but this role can be accomplished from most cities in the UK. For certain clients, SC clearance may be necessary. Therefore, you must be UK-based and either hold, or be eligible to obtain, SC clearance.
As a technical specialist you will be the primary technical contact for up to 3 clients and play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the client's main point of contact for all technical matters, this role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities- Collaborating with clients to develop technical roadmaps and identify enhancement opportunities and driving these initiatives to deliver measurable results and value.
- Providing technical expertise, insights, and best-practice guidance to support client objectives.
- Responding to client needs on an ad-hoc basis and attending scheduled client meetings.
- Collaborating with our Technical Customer Support team to monitor, prioritise, and resolve tickets effectively.
- Delivering tier 3 support for complex technical issues and challenges.
- Planning and managing regular patching, upgrades, and implementations.
- Driving continuous improvement across all aspects of our service delivery.
- Producing high-quality documentation.

- You will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Oracle Primavera P6 Suite: Demonstrated experience in implementing, administering and maintaining the Oracle Primavera P6 Suite of applications, with a particular focus on P6 Professional and P6 Web. Experience with Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or other components of the P6 Suite is highly desirable. Knowledge of other industry-standard project management tools and related technologies is also an advantage.
- Tier 3 Issue Resolution: Proven ability to address challenging and complex technical issues. Experience in collaborating across teams and organizations, including engaging with vendors, developers, peers, and clients, to drive issue resolution effectively.
- Supporting Technologies: Hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting supporting technologies like WebLogic and Java. Basic system administration skills on both Windows and Linux operating systems are required.
- Database Management: Experience working with Oracle database and SQL Server, including writing SQL queries and basic scripts.
- Programming and Scripting: Familiarity with writing and maintaining basic code and scripts.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
