Job Description

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced ePMA Programme Manager to lead the organisation-wide roll-out of the CareFlow Medicines Management system, spanning mobilisation to Trust-wide adoption. You will work with pharmacy, clinical, nursing and digital teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure safe, sustainable changes that improve medicines safety and patient care.
