ePI Consultant

Senior ePI Consultant (Contract - 6months + | 100% Remote - Europe Only)

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (with potential extension)

Location: 100% remote (Europe-based candidates only)

Eligibility: EU/EEA passport or valid European work permit required

We are seeking a Senior ePI Consultant (Electronic Product Information) to support a strategic global transformation initiative. This role is focused on executive roadmap development, global integration planning, and aligning cross-functional teams around a long-term ePI vision.

This consultant will complement existing rollout leads by driving the strategic direction of the program and supporting key decision-making and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and refine the global executive roadmap for ePI transformation
• Develop a scalable integration model for countries and manufacturing sites
• Align cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Packaging, Commercial Ops, Procurement, etc.)
• Drive readiness planning, toolkit adoption, and knowledge transfer strategies
• Support senior governance forums and provide program continuity during critical phases

Ideal Profile:

• 8+ years in Pharma/Biotech, preferably in Regulatory, Packaging, Commercial Ops, M&S, or Procurement
• Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Direct experience with ePI and packaging projects is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and/or French; other languages a plus
