EHS Officer - Kinsale Leading Engineering Contractor Permanent Role

The Role

As an EHS Officer, you'll be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across a dynamic construction site. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain robust safety systems, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Health & Safety Manager in all site safety matters
• Ensure compliance with company and site-specific safety protocols
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety walks
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks
• Review subcontractor documentation (RAMS, SPA, etc.)
• Assist in incident investigations and reporting
• Chair safety meetings and identify training needs
• Maintain and update the Safety Management System

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong background in construction safety
• Must have pharma construction experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Remuneration on offer

• Up to €70,000 plus pension from day 1 plus 25 days annual leave
