Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Data Analyst to join our team in Cork. Your primary focus will be on completing environmental compliance reporting and financial management for a range of European and non-EU countries. You will gather data from various internal systems, including SAP, and collaborate with teams to compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Financial management tasks will involve approving invoices for payment, tracking spend, ensuring sufficient funds, and forecasting future spend. You will also engage in project-related tasks, collaborating with other teams to understand issues, gather requirements, and assist in designing solutions. Problem-solving and communication are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Utilise SAP and other systems to complete environmental compliance reports for recycling schemes.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues as necessary.
• Prepare and present keynotes as required.
• Undertake financial management tasks for assigned reports.
• Conduct and complete environmental audits as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in environmental compliance, project management, or data administration and analysis.
• Experience in data quality control and assurance.
• Proficient in advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant degree.
• Organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Additional language skills, particularly German, would be beneficial.
