Entry-Level SEND Support in Special Needs School

A leading educational staffing agency is seeking an Entry Level Learning Support Assistant to join an Outstanding Special Needs school in Witham. You will support students with Autism and other special needs, assist with personal care, and build positive relationships with pupils. The role requires a passion for helping vulnerable individuals. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
