• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of manufacturing finishing & straightening experience; Ability to read blueprints and utilize measuring equipment such as calibers
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Interest in skilled trades, manufacturing and/or advanced technology
• Ability to work with your hands and in a team-based manufacturing setting
