Entry-Level Extrusion Grinder Operator (4on/4off)

Færch Plast Group is seeking an Extrusion Grinder Operative to join the Durham team. You will process waste material through grinding operations, manage scrap, and support material allocation to silos and big bags while maintaining safety and traceability.

You will operate, maintain, and clean grinding equipment, record data, and contribute to improvements; training will be provided where needed. The role includes 4-on-4-off days/nights with competitive benefits.
