Entrepreneurs & Private Business Tax Senior Manager, London

We're recruiting a Senior Manager for an industry leading private client tax team advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and ultra high net worth individuals. Based in London, you'll provide tailored tax solutions for those who shape the economy - and expect advice that's as sharp as their ambitions.

You'll lead on strategic planning around exits, acquisitions, and succession - offering insight on structuring, inheritance, and investment planning. This is a relationship led role with a clear advisory focus, supported by a strong compliance team. You'll work directly with directors and partners on high value, often sensitive matters where precision, discretion, and judgment are key.

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background in UK income tax, CGT, IHT, and experience advising owner managed and entrepreneurial clients. An understanding of residence and non dom issues is welcomed.
