Enterprise Solutions Manager - Onboarding & Success

Zip is seeking an experienced enterprise onboarding lead to understand requirements and creatively configure the product to solve customer problems. You'll build the customer's processes from scratch and lead the end to end implementation for new enterprise customers.

You will train customers, run Q&A sessions, and manage multiple onboardings with consultants. Collaborate with product and engineering to set expectations and deliver value quickly.
