Enterprise Solutions Engineer- WEST (North America)

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise clients and deliver innovative solutions that maximize the value of customer data. In this role, you will work closely with account executives and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, guide customers through data architecture decisions, and provide compelling technical expertise. You will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions. Accountabilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand their data challenges and craft tailored solutions.
• Support account executives by removing technical and business obstacles during the sales process.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and communicate technical requirements effectively.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and marketers to optimize customer data workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and validate solutions, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or solutions experience, including at least 2+ years working with enterprise clients.
• Strong discovery, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility, with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Martech and/or data solutions, including cloud data warehouses, data engineering, analytics, data modeling, and APIs.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams to drive results.
• Bonus: experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or related data activation platforms.
