Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Manage prospecting activity, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, early proposal negotiations and securing new business.
  • Source and qualify leads through outreach methods like cold calling, cold emailing and using social networks such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback, and support to your peers.
  • New business development to businesses from 1000+ in size.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and is excited about speaking to new prospects, identifying prospect pain points and creating new sales opportunities.
  • A passion for business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivation.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Nice to have, but not essential:
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales experience.
  • Business Development, Sales Development or Recruitment experience (1 5 years).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
