Enterprise Risk Manager | Reinsurer | Malta | €50 - 60,000 + benefits (doe)

Finitas are working with a fast-growing global reinsurance company, who are currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team.

Based in Malta, as the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Group Head of Risk to engage with all stakeholders. Your main focus will be on identifying, measuring, and managing our exposure to risk, while keeping management, Risk & Compliance Committees, and relevant Boards informed on all risk matters.

You will also be continuously reviewing and improving the Risk Management Framework, analysing the root causes of risk events by collaborating with teams across the lines of defense and develop risk reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Must have at least 4 years' experience of working in risk management.
• Financial Services experience with preference for Insurance knowledge.
• Understanding of the Solvency II framework.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Please note that you must be based in Malta and you will be required to work in their offices 2 days per week.
