Enterprise Customer Success Leader for Strategic Accounts

Quest Software Canada Inc. in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a team of Strategic and Enterprise CS Managers, driving adoption, retention, and value realization for our strategic accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support to ensure alignment, oversee Customer Success Plans and EBRS, and champion tool adoption (Gainsight, Gong, Aviso, Salesforce) across the team.
