Job Description
Gearset Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a focused portfolio of 40 high-value accounts, driving growth, retention and clear business value. You'll lead strategy with senior stakeholders and coordinate across Gearset teams to deliver outcomes.
You will build and execute customer success plans, present business cases and QBRs, and translate technical outcomes into strategic value.
