Enterprise Cloud Architect/Azure

Enterprise Cloud Architect/Azure/is required to join a high-impact architecture leadership team driving a large-scale technology transformation programme and to lead architecture and implementation of enterprise scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and building Azure cloud services aligned with transformation objectives.
• Develop enterprise-level strategies and frameworks covering wide range of domains, eg, patching, APIs/integration, monitoring, IdAM.
• Leading discovery and analysis and developing Azure based solutions in response to current and target state of technology landscape.
• Engaging with domain experts across infrastructure, security, data, and operations.
• Communicating architectural decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Represent architecture in working groups, gaining buy-ins and approvals from senior stakeholders.

Required experience and skills:

• Deep knowledge of Azure architecture including tenants, management groups, subscriptions, hub-spoke connectivity, monitoring, etc.
• Ability to work on both Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture level.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and facilitating strategic architectural discussions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to various aspects of cloud architecture including cloud resilience, security, cost/FinOps, performance, etc
