Enterprise Client Success Leader

ClearBank is seeking a Client Director to join our Client Success team in London. You will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive their success, and remove barriers to adoption across internal teams.

You will focus on retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal and Marketing to align on client goals. You will build strong relationships with executives and ensure ongoing client engagement, quarterly business reviews, and a
