Enterprise AI Product Director: Foundations & Data

Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Product Director to lead the new Enterprise AI capability. You will shape the strategy, build a function from the ground up, and deliver measurable value across Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and People.

Reporting to the CPTO, you will lead a team of Product Managers and Engineers, drive governance, and ensure AI adoption is controlled, scalable, and aligned with Haven's Breath of Fresh Air culture.
