Role DescriptionWe are looking for an enterprise sales executive with a strong track record of closing new business in the EMEA region. If you love the idea of breaking into new accounts and closing complex deals with enterprise clients, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have HR technology sales experience.
You'll engage Chief HR Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders to position our suite of workforce transformation solutions. You will build and convert pipeline, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and close net-new partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Your Impact- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage enterprise organizations not currently working with TalentNeuron.
- Develop and execute territory plans to build pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with C-Suite and senior HR leaders.
- Craft compelling value propositions tailored to client challenges.
- Navigate complex buying processes and orchestrate internal resources to win deals.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of new clients to customer success.
- A commanding executive presence with drive, curiosity, and a coachable mindset.
- A proven track record of new business B2B sales success, ideally in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Minimum 6+ years owning and exceeding quota in a sales capacity.
- Strong experience influencing and selling to senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Experience in HR Tech or HR Consultancy is advantageous.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Resilience, creativity, and a "will to win" mentality.
