Are you a strategic and driven sales professional with a knack for uncovering new business opportunities and closing high-impact enterprise deals? This role is ideal for a results-oriented SaaS seller with experience navigating complex sales cycles and building strong client relationships in the UK and EU markets. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to position an industry-leading database solution, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed individual revenue targets and grow the UK & EU enterprise customer base.
  • Identify key stakeholders and understand business needs to propose tailored, innovative solutions.
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities through prospecting, strategic outreach, and account research.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and value delivery.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor positioning, and client feedback to inform strategy and product development.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based SaaS sales, ideally in the database or enterprise software space.
  • Proven track record of success in selling to enterprise clients, especially within the UK market.
  • Strong experience as a "hunter" focused on new logo acquisition and business expansion.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Clari is a plus.
  • Based in London with the ability to work in-office two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
