Job Description
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a CAU Booking Clerk to join the ENT CAU Booking team in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. The role involves handling new referrals, managing waiting lists and addressing patient queries within a busy hospital setting.
Training will be provided, with emphasis on NHS access policies and the 18-week RTT pathway. A flexible approach and excellent customer care are essential for success in this role.
