ENRICH: SEN SUPPORT STAFF

To provide high-quality, person-centered support for a child or young person with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a 1:1 setting within the community.

The role focuses on enabling the individual to access activities, develop independence, build social skills, and participate fully in community life while ensuring safety, wellbeing, and progress towards agreed outcomes.
