Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking a English Teacher to join a well established school in the South Tyneside area, the role is to begin after Easter 2026 and is on an ongoing basis.

• Teaching English to KS3 and KS4 students
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Assessing and tracking student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities

Pay range: £162.31 - £223.62, linked to your current teacher pay scale.
