Candidate Requirements:

• Ambitious and talented professional with passion, determination, and high expectations
• Possess ECT or at least three years of UK teaching experience, preferably with 11-18 year-olds
• Excellent references
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in relevant subject
• Aspiring to be an outstanding classroom practitioner
• Strong subject knowledge
• Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills:

• Proven track record of examination success
