Job Title: English Teacher

Do you want to work in an Outstanding School in Portsmouth? We are collaborating with a Secondary School seeking to appoint an ambitious, innovative English Teacher. The successful candidate will join a faculty of highly experienced specialist teachers committed to developing and enhancing the teaching of English for all abilities.

This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, starting immediately, teaching English to KS3/4, with the possibility of KS5.

This role is suitable for an NQT or an experienced English Teacher.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Degree in relevant subject
2. PGCE or QTS
3. Experience working as an English Teacher in a Secondary School (PGCE included)

Salary

The salary for this English Teacher position will be paid on a scale, on a permanent contract, within the MPS/UPS pay scale.
