The school is highly committed to raising standards and providing excellent educational opportunities for students, and they need a dynamic teacher to join their dedicated team 5 days a week.Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4. Developing differentiated lesson plans to cater to the varying learning styles and abilities within the classroom. Tracking student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to enhance their learning outcomes. Preparing students for exams, ensuring they develop strong literacy skills. Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.To be successful in this role, we are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a strong desire to complete your induction year. A deep passion for English, with the ability to engage and inspire students to excel. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. A commitment to professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow in your teaching career.
