As an operator, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials in a modern agricultural environment. Working in a 3-shift system, you'll ensure that quality, hygiene, and adherence to protocols are maintained throughout the production process. Your technical skills and structured approach will be key to keeping operations running smoothly while collaborating with a motivated team. We are looking for a proactive operator with technical expertise and a structured approach to join our dynamic production team. MBO+ level with experience as a (proces) operator. Experience with leading a small team would be a plus. Background in food or chemical industry preferred. You have your own accommodation and transport. You have a good command of the English language. cleanroom experience is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
