Wat je gaat doen As a production operator, you'll play a key role in the cultivation and processing of our premium-quality sprouting vegetables. Working at our family-owned company in Nijmegen, you'll combine machine operation with manual tasks to ensure a high-quality final product. What You Will Do:

• Operate and adjust production machinery involved in the cultivation process - keeping operations smooth and efficient.
• Perform manual handling tasks - contributing to the production of fresh, top-quality sprouts.
• Monitor product quality and hygiene standards - ensuring high-quality output throughout the process.
• Collaborate with your team - working in a friendly, informal, and supportive setting.
• Work in rotating shifts - showing flexibility to meet production demands.

• Monthly salary between €2,745 and €3,260, depending on your experience.
• Full-time contract (38 hours per week).

• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus.
