As an operator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility in a 3-shift system. Working in a clean and professional environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will ensure the production process runs seamlessly, while adhering to protocols and safety regulations.

What You Will Do:

• Gathering: raw materials and production supplies to prepare for production runs
• Operating: machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
• Monitoring: production parameters and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Performing: quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to ensure product standards
• Troubleshooting: technical issues on the line and ensuring accurate reporting of production activities

Functie-eisen We're seeking a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has:

• MBO+ level of (technical) education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry
• A solid understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Technical skills to resolve machine-related issues
• Experience in leading a small team would be a plus
• You have your own accommodation and transport
• A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently and with attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus
• Good command of the English language
