Must have FM & Maintenance experience. Static or Mobile.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities include:

1. PPM and reactive works
2. Diagnose and repair faults on building services
3. AHU's, FCU's
4. Pumps, Motors
5. Fans, Belts, Filters
6. Any other works asked by the manager

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the steam boiler is maintained as per OEM specifications and that required daily checks are carried out.
• Ensure routine PPM is carried out on all mechanical and electrical plant according to site schedules and asset lists.
• Complete reactive tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Address plant faults promptly to maintain operational order.
• Maintain availability of suitable spares and provide parts lists with estimated times for remedial works.
• Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works, recording on CAFM system.
• Prepare and utilize Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safety.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, including PPE and uniform use.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor works during maintenance.
• Complete assigned tasks timely and with appropriate H&S measures.
• Adhere to contractual KPIs/SLAs.
• Keep systems updated and close out PPM and reactive tickets accurately.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management.
