Responsibilities

As an Engineering Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including:

• Shop Floor Operations
• Assembly
• Despatch
• Stores
• Inspection

You will be trained to perform a variety of tasks and gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering processes within the aerospace industry.

Day-to-Day

Your daily activities will vary as you rotate through different departments, allowing you to:

• Gain hands-on experience in assembly and shop floor operations
• Learn about quality inspection processes
• Assist with despatch and stores management
• Develop a well-rounded understanding of the aerospace engineering workflow

You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your training journey.
