Engineering Technician 2 Front End Night Shift - dexcom

This role will be transitioning to our Front End Night shift pattern in Q4 2026. This will consist of 12-hour night shifts every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays, following a repeating 4-on/3-off - 3-on/4-off schedule.

Shift Premium : 25% premium (Mon-Thurs)

Under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor, the Engineering Technician 2 will provide technical support to equipment engineers for the improvement, installation, validation and transfer of replicate custom automated equipment used in the scale-up of manufacturing for existing or new Dexcom products. These duties include supporting cross functional equipment deployment teams while working with outside suppliers to meet equipment specifications and timelines.

• You will work with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
• You will test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test equipment
• You will have experience with pneumatics, electromechanical systems, PLCs, and robotic systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
