Engineering Team Lead - Maintenance & Ops Improvement

ABP Nenagh is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site engineering team and drive reliability across plant equipment while partnering with operations to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and a proven track record in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety, housekeeping and continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Ireland.
