Engineering Supervisor: Weekend 12-Hour Shift Lead

Dexcom Ireland is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead on a 12 hour weekend day shift (Fri-Sun with alternating Thursdays) under a 4 on/3 off - 3 on/4 off cycle. You will supervise equipment technicians, manage maintenance activities, and drive KPI performance to maximize OEE and yield.

You'll work with cross functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance while mentoring technicians and coordinating training for skill development, in a fast paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
