Engineering Service Trainer & Curriculum Lead

Finning (UK) Ltd in Dublin seeks a Service Technical Trainer to lead and deliver technical training for our engineers in Ireland. You will plan and execute the training calendar, working with the service team and SMEs to create targeted curricula that align with CAT standards and Finning requirements.

You will deliver accredited programs, use blended learning, and maintain safety and customer service focus while partnering with colleagues to schedule and optimise attendance.
