Proactive Personnel have an opportunity for someone to join their established permanent recruitment division. In this role you will work alongside one of our most successful and experienced Engineering recruiters within the business. Due to continued growth we are looking to continue to grow our team with a dynamic, self-motivated and confident individual.
We would consider an entry level candidate and support an apprenticeship program to an experienced seasoned recruiter with a bias in Manufacturing and Engineering.
Apprenticeship Wage:
Base salary from £15,704 per annum (DOE) + uncapped commission (When trained)
Experienced
Base Salary £26,000 - £30,000 DOE + attractive commission structure

What You'll be Doing:
- Working as a Recruitment Consultant on our Engineering perms desk
- Work alongside an experience Engineering recruiter to develop and gain knowledge
- Learn a specific job role/sector to focus on as specific vertical market
- Placing skilled Maintenance Engineers to various clients across the UK
- Creating and identifying prospect clients through a variety of sales methods
- Hands-on with business development of clients
- High volume of people contact (face to face) - candidates and clients
- Use of social media and LinkedIn to market your brand
- Building client relationships and managing accounts
- Actively sourcing candidates and placing the right people into the right jobs
- Using top job boards to attract the right talent
- Managing the whole recruitment process
- Strong PC skills - us of MS office/virtual platforms and CRM system
- You'll have full autonomy long term to build your own successful market
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Successful GCSE / A Level results
- Natural flare with dealing with people
- Self-assurance and confidence, with a committed attitude to learning
- Be money-motivated and ambitious
- Be organised and able to manage your own workload
- A full UK driving licence (Highly desirable)
