Engineering People Partner - HR & ER for Tech Teams

Wayve is hiring a People Partner to support Engineering in a fast-paced, technically minded environment. You'll partner with the Senior People Partner for Engineering, handling performance, engagement, L&D, and advisory work while preparing documentation and guiding policy-aligned decisions.

You'll own routine processes, contribute to People resources, and support ER cases, escalation, and cross team initiatives to drive consistency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
