Engineering Operative - Ballina

Bus Eireann is recruiting an Engineering Operative to join the Fleet maintenance team based in our Depot in Ballina.

• Fueling and recharging buses, and checking oil/water levels.
• Covering shifts when required.
• Shunting of vehicles.
• Washing and cleaning buses.
• Minor maintenance work under direction from the Foreman or Team Leader.
• Other duties as outlined by the Foreman or Team Leader.
• Maintenance of the Garage area.
• Cleaning and tidying the depot and garage environment.
• Vehicle and parts deliveries and collections.
• Operating forklift truck.
• Holding a D licence.
• Any member of the EO grade will undertake suitable tasks subject to competence and safety considerations.
