We have a vacancy for an Engineering Team Member - Nights.

Overview of Role:

  • Monitor line performance and proactively rectify underperforming equipment by carrying out both mechanical and electrical fault-finding diagnostics.
  • Perform high-level maintenance, including adjustments, component replacement or repair, and major overhauls of equipment.
  • Monitor equipment operating conditions, collect data, log, and analyze results to maintain equipment in its optimal condition.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver the team's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical feedback and root cause analysis on daily issues and complete problem-solving activities as required.
  • Complete maintenance inspections and lubrications to a high standard, raising and progressing corrective actions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Create and review maintenance inspections, risk assessments, SOPs, etc.
  • Raise engineering requests/orders and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Work with the team to drive engineering KPIs.
  • Review CMMS records and notify the Site Maintenance Manager of changes or corrections.
  • Carry out high-level maintenance on equipment not in use.
  • Provide engineering input into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Write permits and manage contractors.
  • Develop the capabilities of manufacturing team members.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.
