Job Description
Kraken's The Exchange team is building scalable trading backend services in a global setup. The team codes in C++, Rust, Go, and Python, focusing on the matching engine, market data gateways, and order entry systems.
As a manager, you will grow and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers, stay technically engaged, review architecture, and drive roadmap execution while adopting AI-assisted engineering practices.
