Engineering Manager, Search & Relevance

Depop is seeking a UK-based Engineering Manager to lead the Search Retrieval squad, focusing on improving relevance of search and delivering high-quality features and experiments on the search engine to impact key purchasing metrics.

You will coach a cross-functional team of 3-6 engineers, collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and design to align goals and priorities, and promote an inclusive culture with health, learning, and continuous improvement.
