Engineering Manager, Robotics & Autonomy

Ocean Infinity in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a group of engineers within our Robotics & Autonomy team. This senior people-leadership role focuses on people, capability and engineering capacity rather than hands-on architecture.

You'll line-manage engineers, own performance reviews and recruitment, coordinate resource allocation across projects, and build a scalable leadership pipeline while protecting team health and delivering high-quality work.
