Engineering Manager, ML Infrastructure & MLOps

Recursion is building and scaling ML infrastructure powering its drug discovery platform. You will lead a team to train, deploy, and monitor models across GPUs, on prem and cloud, enabling research across compound screening and clinical trial prediction.

You will mentor engineers, foster a culture of rapid experimentation, and establish MLOps standards spanning orchestration, distributed compute, and model serving frameworks like PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes.
